- Salon Booking Policies & Client Agreement-
Please carefully review the following policies before booking your appointment. These policies are in place to ensure a professional, enjoyable experience for every client while respecting the time, preparation, and care that go into each service. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
Booking & Payment Information-
A valid credit or debit card is required to be kept on file when scheduling an appointment. Your card will be securely stored through the booking platform and may be charged in accordance with the cancellation, rescheduling, and no-shows.
Cancellations & Rescheduling-
I understand that unexpected circumstances arise and schedules can change. However, I kindly require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total. Exceptions may be considered for genuine emergencies at my discretion.
No-Show Policy-
Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior communication will be considered a no-show and will result in a charge equal to 100% of the scheduled service total. This policy helps protect the time specifically reserved for your appointment, which could otherwise have been offered to another client.
Late Arrival Policy-
Please arrive on time to ensure that we have the full amount of time needed to achieve your desired results. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be adjusted to a shorter service or canceled and rescheduled, depending on the time remaining.
Refund Policy-
Due to the time, professional products, expertise, and labor involved in providing customized hair services, all completed services are nonrefundable. However, client satisfaction is extremely important to me, and I am always willing to adjust something you are not happy with.
